Returning an Item
If you decide that your purchase is no longer suitable, you may return it within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Be in good condition without accidental damage.
- Include the original packaging.
- Include any warranty documents and supplied accessories.
You are not required to provide a reason for your return. We simply ask that the product is returned in acceptable condition.
Refunds
Once your return request has been approved and proof of shipment has been provided, we will begin processing your refund immediately.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds usually appear within 2–3 business days.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Orders That Do Not Arrive
If your order has not been delivered within 40 days from the date of purchase, you may request a full refund.
Once verified, the full purchase amount will be refunded without unnecessary delays.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you receive an incorrect product or experience a manufacturing fault covered by our warranty, please contact us immediately.
You may choose one of the following options:
- Replacement product.
- Full refund.
Replacement requests are normally processed within 48 hours after approval.
Warranty Information
Eligible products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects that occur during normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage.
- Products damaged by liquids or moisture.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse or improper handling.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Within the United Kingdom, return shipping is generally inexpensive depending on your location.
International customers are responsible for arranging return shipping from their country.
To speed up the refund process, simply email us your shipment tracking number once the parcel has been sent. There is no need to wait until it arrives at our warehouse before your refund begins processing.
